Why my goldfish staying still at the bottom of the bowl?

I just bought a medium size vase and 2 gold fish in it. At first they were swimming around but when i checked on them this morning, they were just sitting right at the bottom of the tank in the same place with just their fins moving once in a while..Are they sick or sulking or unhappy?
o no.. i maybe didn’t wash the vase properly..
wow, some of you guys can be brutal. I would’nt like to be kept in a vase but i am a human being as opposed to fish. The vase mind you is quite large – more than 5 litres. But, this is my first time and i am trying to do the best with info i was given the pet store. I only got them 2 days ago today. But your right, i will get a pump and maybe some plants that absorb the ammonia to try give them a better environment.
whats really weird is.. when i changed the water to filtered water and moved the vase to the kitchen (where there is a lot more sunlight).. they start swimming around like normal..

Anyone who says it’s dead after reading that is either a smart a s s or needs their head checked for extra holes.

Make the call, do some research on the care for the type of goldfish you have (there are many kinds).
