Decoration economic contribution?.

I desperately need help with my living room. I'm pretty broke, but I can not stand see my living room more. I have a very small apartment. Currently, I have a swivel rocker (terrible coffee) Roll-A desk, a wardrobe and a box of books registration. That's all for furniture. I have dark blue carpets and WHT / GRY walls. A single window. My small kitchen and living room are separated by five feet. I rent, so I can not paint or do anything too Perm. I prefer not to buy furniture, so I expected to find creative ideas into seats. Also, I just need some very creative ideas for decorating and feel at home without spending much money at all. Reeeeeeeeeally I mean really cheap here, people:)

How the cheapest is to decorate with what you have, just change the look with paint and fabrics. You can take some cheap fabric and a frame screen, stretching the fabric of the frames to insert and replace part of a radical change in bold. Find coordinating fabrics and matching cushions. Use new spray paint and Krylon make your swing a terrible shadow least match. Find a couple chairs, a match should not second-hand shop or a rescue mission and painted to match with its rocker pivot. Make up your mind with the colors you want.
