fainting/dizziness issues?

Okaay so this has been bugging me for a while. Whenever i get up from a chair or couch or my bed, my head starts to spin and my arms and face usually go numb/tingly. It also gets all black. A few weeks ago i even fainted, twice! And i was doing the same thing. I got up from my couch to go to the kitchen for some reason then while i was walking there, it got all dizzy and i started to black out. i remember my face and arms were tingly/numb. I also remember banging into the knobs of my kitchen cabnet doors. Then i was sort of “woke up” on the ground a few seconds after i remember falling. I know i only blacked out for a few seconds.. Would this even be considered fainting? and what should i do instead of going to a doctor (because ive alreadly done that which didnt help) Thanks sooo much in advancee!!

How could a doctor not address this issue??? Get a new doctor for starters.

Yes, fainting or ‘black outs’ need to be looked at and tests should be run to get to the root of what’s causing it.

When you first try to stand up…try doing it s-l-o-w-l-y from now on…give the blood a chance to circulate….but definitely check with a physician…a GOOD one. Be well.
