FURNITURE FROM HISTORY

I’m looking to buy bent wood to make a chair. Does anyone know where I can buy bent wood in NY?

Cabinet manufacturers may sell you bent wood pieces, or you may be able to hook up with a woodworker with a steam box who would be willing to bend it for you.

I prefer the steam bending method myself, though the lamination process works very well also.
